Terms of service

Welcome to 7 Bridges Printing. By placing an order, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Custom Orders & Production

·        - All items produced by 7 Bridges Printing are custom-made based on the artwork, details, and specifications provided by the customer.

·        - Production begins only after payment is received and all design approvals are confirmed.

·        - Standard production time is 5–10 business days, unless otherwise stated.

·        - Rush production may be available for an additional fee.

 

2. Order Accuracy & Approvals

·        - Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, and order details before approving the final proof.

·        - Once approved, no changes can be made.

·        - 7 Bridges Printing is not responsible for errors that were present in the customer-approved design.

 

3. Payments

·        - Payment is due in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.

·        - We accept major payment methods listed at checkout.

·        - All sales of custom items are final and non-refundable.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship using the following carriers:

·        - USPS First Class – lightweight tees and small goods

·        - USPS Priority Mail – most apparel orders

·        - UPS Ground – heavier boxes and bulk shipments

·        - FedEx Home/Ground – large commercial shipments

 

Shipping Terms:

·        - Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier selection.

·        - Production time is separate from shipping time.

·        - Once a package is transferred to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.

 

Delays, Loss, or Damage:

·        - 7 Bridges Printing is not responsible for carrier delays.

·        - Lost or damaged packages will be handled through the carrier’s claim process.

·        - Photo evidence is required within 48 hours for damage claims.

 

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

·        - No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for custom-made items.

·        - Reprints are only issued if the error is caused by 7 Bridges Printing.

·        - Customer-provided errors are not eligible for replacement.

 

6. Artwork & Intellectual Property

·        - Customers must own or have permission to use any artwork submitted.

·        - By uploading artwork, you confirm that it does not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks.

·        - 7 Bridges Printing may refuse printing of copyrighted or inappropriate material.

·        - Customer-provided artwork remains the property of the customer; however, 7 Bridges Printing may use completed designs for marketing unless requested otherwise in writing.

 

7. Digital Proofs & Mockups

·        - Digital proofs are provided for approval before production.

·        - Colors may vary due to screen differences, fabric type, and printing method.

·        - Mockups are visual approximations and not exact representations of final print placement or scale.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

·        - 7 Bridges Printing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

·        - Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the order in question.

 

9. Privacy & Data Use

·        - Customer information is used solely for order processing, communication, and fulfillment.

·        - We do not sell or share customer data outside of shipping and payment processors.

 

10. Changes to Terms

·        - 7 Bridges Printing may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
